Broadband & Telephony

Repair to Windows: Includes individual repair's to windows and/or repairs via installtion CD. Windows update, driver updates. AVG Free (Anti-virus, anti-spyware), install, updates, scheduled scans. Fixed price not done at hourly rate ($175.00 incl. GST).

Fresh install of Windows: Includes fresh install of Windows with or without format via installtion CD. Windows update, driver updates. AVG Free (Anti-virus, anti-spyware), install, updates, scheduled scans. Fixed price not done at hourly rate ($225.00 incl. GST).

Disk Clone: Clone of your existing hard-drive onto a replacment hard drive which can be the same size, smaller or largher in size. Ideal when you run out of space on your hard drive. Fixed price not done at hourly rate ($100.00 incl. GST).

Backup your hard drive: Backup to one of our backup server's for three months and/or onto external hard-drive and/or onto CD's/DVD's. Usually done when doing fresh installs as part of data backup. Price does not include hard-drive or media. Fixed price not done at hourly rate ($120.00 incl. GST).

Wireless Installs: Configuration of ADSL Modem/Router. Supply of such product/s as required. Wireless connection of notebooks and desktops as required including security settings and access settings. Explanation and handover. Basic diagnosis and fault finding skills. Fixed price not done at hourly rate ($Call incl. GST).

Remote Management: We are able to remotely manage your routers, desktops and notebooks to ensure that you are protected and that the computers are kept up to date. We can also fix problems remotely and are available locally to come on-site to solve problems that are not able to be fixed remotetly. Fixed price not done at hourly rate ($Call incl. GST).
